Company Wellness

1:1 Breathwork

Sound Baths

Companies hire me to reduce burnout and sharpen their teams. Individuals come to me to move through anxiety, stress, and emotional blocks. The tool is the same: breathwork, backed by psychology, that actually works.

What I Offer

There are two ways to work with me: Companies building a wellness culture and individuals ready to go deeper. Both are rooted in the same foundation: breathwork, nervous system science, and psychology-informed practice that creates real, lasting change.

Why I Love This Work

After years working in tech, I understand burnout from the inside: the pace that becomes your baseline, the anxiety you normalize, the body that's been in survival mode so long it forgot another way exists. What I know now, that I didn't know then, is that no amount of positive thinking or pushing through can reach a nervous system that's been running on cortisol for years. The body has to be part of the healing. Breathwork was the thing that finally showed me what that meant.

That experience sent me back to school, where I completed my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with clinical training in somatic and nervous system-based approaches to healing. The credential gave me the science behind what I'd already lived. Now I bring both to everyone I work with — individuals moving through anxiety and burnout, couples seeking reconnection, and companies including Google, Okta, and Vuori building cultures where their people can actually thrive. This isn't wellness as a trend. It's the science of what your nervous system needs, delivered by someone who needed it too.

I cannot recommend Claire's workshop enough! Claire joined our team as part of a corporate retreat and took the group through a super interesting workshop on recognising and preventing burnout, which was very relevant to our team. After some guided breathwork and journalling, she took us through the most incredible and unforgettable sound bath healing experience. Apart from delivering a wonderful experience for the team, Claire was also so easy and flexible in the leadup to the event with regards to planning and tailoring the workshop to what our group needed. Thank you so much, Claire!

Claire’s sound bath was such a thoughtful and grounding experience for our group. We had her come in for a special sound bath event for mental health awareness month. She created a calming space for everyone to pause, reset, and genuinely disconnect from the day-to-day stressors of work. The session felt approachable, well-guided, and left attendees feeling refreshed and centered. It was the perfect addition to our mental health and wellness event.

Claire was great to work with. She hosted an engaging and relaxing breathwork class for us virtually and we had a great time. Thank you, Claire!
